Kikkoman Poke Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium-sized fresh
  • 150- gram red cabbage
  • 2 spring onions
  • 200- gram fresh Tuna
  • 2 carrots medium-sized
  • 2 small avocados
  • 1 medium-sized red onion
  • 4 tablespoon Kikkoman Poke Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Kikkoman Seasoning for Sushi
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 200- gram cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Bring the vegetables and wash them one by one. After washing and frying the vegetables, you must peel them. After peeling just slice them finely.
  • Bring the tuna to get it prepared for the recipe. Then you must slice it and make cubes out of it. Bring a pan and pour some quantity of sesame oil into it.
  • Once the oil is hot enough, you must add the sliced tuna to this oil. Fry it for 4-5 minutes and then turn off the heat. In the hot mixture, you must bring and sprinkle the sesame seeds but do not add all of them. Reserve half of them for later.
  • In a separate bowl, you must add the Sushi Rice seasoning in this bowl and then add rice into it and mix in it.
  • In this seasoning and rice mix, you should make a layer of cooked sliced tuna at the top. In the and add vegetables for the final layer.
  • Pour the lemon zest at the top and then sprinkle the reserved sesame seeds all over it.
  • The Poke sauce is almost ready. In the end, bring the olive oil which is considered an essential ingredient, and pour it over the mixture.
  • Stir using the spatula and also pour the lemon juice. If you have any sesame oil left squeeze it.
  • Stir and keep it for use later.
