Lipton Onion Soup Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 lb grounded Beef
  • 1/2 tablespoon grounded Black pepper
  • 2 medium-sized eggs
  • 1 envelop Lipton Onion Soup mix
  • 3/4 cup water

For making the Glaze

  • 1/2 tablespoon grounded Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Cup Ketchup

Instructions

  • First of all the oven should be preheated. For this preheating, you must keep the temperature of the oven at 350 degrees.
  • Bring a large-sized clean bowl and add the ingredients into it one by one. Break an egg into the bowl and add soup mix to it.
  • Pour water into it and then pour ketchup into it. Mix well and you can use a hand whisk for this purpose.
  • Bring the ground meat and add to the bowl.
  • Sprinkle the bread crumbs all over it and then mix again.
  • Then use your hand to shape the mixture into a loaf.
  • Bring the loaf pan, use cooking spray to cook it, and then put it in the already-preheated oven.
  • While the meatloaf bakes, prepare the glaze for dressing.
  • Take a saucepan and pour ketchup into it. Add sugar to the pan and then add the mustard into this mixture.
  • Simmer at medium heat and make sure that the sugar melted into the mixture.
  • Once the meatloaf is baked, bring the glaze and top the meatloaf with the yummy sweetened glaze.
