Ingredients

  • 1/2 yellow onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 plain burger rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Kosher dill pickle
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • Freshly grounded black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Pour olive oil into the large size, heat it up at medium flame, and then add onion into the simmering oil. Fry the onion in this oil.
  • Once the onion is softened, you must add the ground beef to it. Break the meat and you can use the wooden spoon for this purpose.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to season the meat.
  • Add garlic to the browned meat. Pour some Worcestershire sauce and then add mustard into it. Simmer the meat until it changes color.
  • Bring the burger bun and then pile up the ingredients one by one. Spread the meat and put pickles over it. Cover from the top with the other bun and then you can serve your sandwiches.
