First of all cook the elbow macaroni according to the packet instructions and drained and place in a large bowl.
Add cheddar cheese to the macaroni and mix them well.
In another bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients and add to the macaroni mixture.
In a baking casserole dish, pour the macaroni cheese mixtureinto the casserole.
Bake macaroni and cheese for 30 to 45 minutes until cheese melted.
Remove from oven and garnish with additional cheese if youlike and serve it fresh.
Notes
Instead of cheddar you can also use other cheeses such as emmental and fontina, or combine them all together, the important thing is that they are soft cheeses with a strong taste.
