Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup packed fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/3 cup sour cream or yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Chopped chives sliced into pieces
  • 2-3 anchovy fillets
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh grounded black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

Instructions

  • You need to use a food processor in this recipe to make the Green Goddess dressing. For this purpose, you have to add the ingredients one by one into the jug or bowl of a food processor.
  • Pour your mayonnaise into the bowl of the processor. The addition of mayonnaise is followed by the addition of sour cream.
  • Then pour the lemon juice into it.
  • To add the herbs, clean them, dispose of the waste and then add all the herbs into the processor. First, add the basil and then the parsley into it.
  • Add the chives into the processor.
  • Then sprinkle some salt and pepper to adjust the seasoning of your dressing.
  • Once the dressing is adjusted to the required consistency, transfer it to the serving container.
