First of all, we have to prepare the sauce. For this purpose, take a small-sized pot and pour honey into it. Add the miso and the Mirin and also pour the sou sauce into it. Boil this mixture and also simmer to get the mixture thickened.
Boil the Baby Bok Choy in a pan until it is perfectly blanched for topping the salmon.
Bring the cleaned salmon and sprinkle the salt and pepper on all of its sides.
Put a frying pan on the stovetop and then fry up the salmon after pouring oil into the pan. Simmer until each side is browned and flip to cook from all sides.
Bring the fried salmon put it on the serving plate and then add the baby Bok Choy aside.
Bring the cooked sauce and pour it over the cooked salmon. Then serve.
