Take two cups of soy sauce in a vessel and add sugar into it. Then add a cup of crushed garlic to it.
Put in chopped green onions and red chili flakes. Squeeze some sesame oil and stir it well.
Now bring it to boil on low heat in a saucepan. Keep blending during boiling. Turn off the heat and put it aside to cool.
For making the dry coating, pour some flour and corn starch into a container. Also, put in salt and pepper. Mix it.
Grab your chicken bites coat them one by one with the dry batter and put them aside in a dish.
Then dip the chicken pieces in the boiled garlic sauce and redress the chicken in flour. Fry at low flame.
The dry coating will make it extra crunchy and the liquid will give it that garlicky flavor.
After frying, dip the fried chicken in the garlic sauce again and then serve. Serve it hot with a thick garlic dip.
