Pour the milk and cream into the ice molds and then place them in the freezer: this operation is to reduce the volume of the milk and cream so that it is easier to blend them after they are frozen.
Wash the fruit, remove any stalks and cores, if it is organic fruit also keep the peel. Blend the fruit and place everything in a container.
After an hour, evaluate if the milk and cream are frozen, if so, blend them. Put one part of the cream and milk mixture in a bowl and another part mix it with the fruit.
