  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 medium-sized banana
  • 1 1/2 cups whole frozen strawberries

  • In this smoothie recipe, all you need is a good high-speed blender.
  • You need to blend all the ingredients together so that a smooth mixture will be obtained.
  • Firstly add the Greek yogurt and the frozen strawberries to the blender and pulse at a high speed.
  • Once a good textured pinky blend is obtained pour the orange juice into it. Mix it in slowly and once you have added the diced banana in it, blend again at high speed.
  • Make sure no pieces of bananas are left unbeaten. Frozen strawberries should also be blended properly.
