  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups of boiling water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Butter to oil the pan
  • 2 cups of sprouted wheat Panchoa flour

Instructions

  • You need to get the ingredients ready at the endpoint just before starting your actual recipe.
  • Take a deep pot and combine the sugar with water in it.  Boil the mixture at high heat on the stove so that the sugar will easily get melted in the boiling water.
  • Also, keep on stirring the mixture while cooking.
  • Now you have to add the flour to it. While adding the flour keep whisking thoroughly so that there will be no lumps left in the mixture.
  • Now let the oven get prepared by setting a temperature of 150 degrees. Now take hold of the baking pan and use butter to get the pan prepared for baking.
  • Transfer the cooked mixture to the pan and bake at low temperature for 3 hours at least. After baking, let it cool for some time and it will ultimately get a bread-like texture and is thick.
