In a small-sized skillet heat some olive oil. While the oil is getting heated, use the knife to cut the red and yellow sweet peppers into different shapes and sizes.
You can also use Kitchen scissors for this purpose.
Once done chopping, fry the chopped peppers in the heated oil. Stir fry for some time. Saute until they are softened but still it should retain a little crunch.
Once done, cooking turns the heat off and removes the bell peppers from the stovetop.
Bring the pizza dough and make it a little wet with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Spread the spaghetti sauce on the dough and also spread the tomato paste with it. You can also use pizza sauce for the purpose. Just keep in mind your own choice, taste, and flavor.
Sprinkle cheese over the dough and then assemble the cooked peppers over it.
Your dough should be completely decorated and covered with peppers.
Sprinkle the needed seasoning over the whole filling. Bake pizza in the oven for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
Wait until the cheese melts and your pizza is all about cheese and peppers.
