Take a large-sized pan and then pour the pure pineapple juice into this pan. Mix the Fruit pectin powder with the pineapple juice poured into the pan.
Keep the heat medium to high to cook this mixture. You must use a spatula for the proper whisking of the pectin powder in the simmering pineapple juice.
Then bring your margarine or butter and add to the mixture. Wait until your mixture gets to a boil and then simmer for a few minutes.
After simmering add your last ingredient which is sugar into your mixture. Then stir it to get it dissolved in the cooking mixture.
The sugar will melt ultimately in a few minutes. Turn off the heat and let stand your cooked mixture for just a few minutes.
You must sterile your jars for the purpose to use them in this recipe. Pour the cooked jelly into these sterilized jars and then keep them air-tight with the lids.
Have your pineapple jelly any day, any time.
