Take a mixing bowl or a jar and pour the soy sauce into it. Also pour some water into this soy sauce and stir.
Add the rice vinegar in the next step and then pour your sesame oil. Combine all the liquids by stirring well.
Add your diced green onions to this liquid mixture. The next step includes the addition of brown sugar.
Stir to dissolve the sugar well in the liquid. Then add your minced garlic and pour the sriracha sauce into it.
Stir everything to get the flavors merged.
Leave the sauce for half an hour while covered to let the flavors merge and settle properly with each other.
