Potsticker Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon green onions diced
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl or a jar and pour the soy sauce into it. Also pour some water into this soy sauce and stir.
  • Add the rice vinegar in the next step and then pour your sesame oil. Combine all the liquids by stirring well.
  • Add your diced green onions to this liquid mixture. The next step includes the addition of brown sugar.
  • Stir to dissolve the sugar well in the liquid. Then add your minced garlic and pour the sriracha sauce into it.
  • Stir everything to get the flavors merged.
  • Leave the sauce for half an hour while covered to let the flavors merge and settle properly with each other.
  • Serve your liquid sauce with your potstickers as a dip and be ready to have double fun in your meal time with this sauce.
