Wash cabbage and get rid of all the germs. To chop the cabbage, begin by cutting it in quarters.
Discard all the waste ribs and the core.
In a large pan, heat the bacon fat after moisturizing the pan with your melted butter. When fully cooked add the shredded cabbage to it.
Fry just a little. To add more flavor to your mixture, add salt, pepper, and red chili flakes.
Continue the process of cooking until only a little crunchiness is left in the cabbage. Your cabbage is fried.
