Ingredients

Instructions

  • To prepare the Parmesan-style Brussels sprouts, start peeling the vegetables by removing the outer leaves and leveling the base. With a sharp knife engrave them crosswise.
  • Blanch them for 10 minutes in a saucepan with salted boiling water, then drain. Melt 30 grams of butter in a rather large pan and let the garlic flavor.
