Wash the chicken wings and drain the water. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the wings after drying them with a paper towel.
In a bowl pour 2/3 quantity of cornstarch. Add water to this cornstarch and stir well to prepare a batter.
Pour the remaining cornstarch into a plate.
On a medium flame, heat your frying pan. Pour vegetable oil into this pan and heat it.
While the oil is getting heated, coat the chicken one by one first in the liquid batter and then coat a layer of the dry cornstarch over it.
Now when your oil is ready, put the chicken wings in the pan one by one. Cook and continue to flip so that all sides will get fried properly.
Once cooked, keep on the absorbent paper.
After heating oil in a pan add all the ingredients that are mentioned to prepare the sauce.
Make sure that your sauce has a thick consistency.
Pour the cooked sauce over the chicken once you have arranged the wings in the platter.
Serve after garnishing the coriander.
