Take a blender and make a paste of garlic, onion, elaichi, and cashew nuts.
In a pan add a tbsp of oil and fry the prepared cashew paste in it for 1-2 minutes.
Also, add crushed tomatoes and ginger paste and fry until browned. Add khoya and fry until you don't have a nice aroma of it.
Now for dry seasonings, add salt, cinnamon powder, turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and dried methi leaves.
Now add a cup of water with green peas and boil them in the pressure cooker.
Then open the lid and in this mixture make further addition of paneer cubes, paneer masala, and cream. Stir continually and then add a cup of milk.
Cook for some time and then add garam masala.
Turn off the flame and pour your mixture into the serving bowl. Also, throw some coriander leaves.
Serve hot! With Indian chapati, paratha, or naan and It will be the top pick of your guests.
