Take a large bowl. Pour some water, bourbon, and vinegar.
Also, add maple syrup and spices. Whisk properly until the mixture is well combined.
Add the vegetables to the mixture and make sure that the pickling liquid is poured on the vegetables.
Now cover this marination bowl from the top and wait until the spices are completely absorbed.
Remove the vegetables from the bowl. Bring yourself some jars.
Add an even quantity of cucumber, pepper, and garlic one by one in each jar.
Again drizzle the pickling liquid over these vegetables.
Make sure that the jars are air-tight.
Now the waiting period is a bit long. Store these marinated pickled in the refrigerator for at least 2 weeks.
