Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cold heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • You need to use a stand mixer for this recipe. In the bowl of the stand mixer add the ingredients one by one. Instead of a hand mixer, you can also use a simple bowl and an electric beater.
  • First of all, add the heavy cream to the bowl. Add all the two cups in one go and do not spill them around or do not make a mess.
  • In the next step, you have to add the tablespoons of sugar to the already poured heavy cream. Use a spoon to add sugar.
  • Then pour the vanilla extract into it. You can also use any other flavor instead of vanilla. This will add a good taste to your cream.
  • Keep the speed of the beater high and whip the mixture for some time. You will see the cream gets fluffy and foamy.
  • Once enough soft peaks are formed, your cream is done and you can use it in any of your recipes. Else store it in the refrigerator for some time.
