Wash and clean the chicken breasts and slice the whole breasts in half. Season with salt and pepper and set aside for a while.
In a wok, heat oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute then add chicken and cook on both sides until brown.
Add the sliced onion and mushrooms to the wok. Season with 1 tsp Greek seasoning or any other you like.
Sauté the veggies for 8 minutes until the onions look transparent and mushrooms have reduced in size.
To make nice and delicious gravy, mix corn starch with a little water and make a thick paste. Add this paste to the wok and bring to a boil then add chicken broth and bring the liquid to a boil.
Serve the chicken and mushrooms with delicious gravy.
