Take a small-sized saucepan and add cocoa powder to it. Pour a little water. Mix and cook until it is boiled.
While cooking this mixture, in another container combine the baking soda with the flour. In this dry mixture add some salt.
Then pour the sour cream into a deep dish and then break eggs into the cream and blend both of them using the beater.
Pour a little vanilla into it and blend more.
Once you are done making the mixtures, pour the sour cream mixture into the flour and baking soda mixture. Stir both of them well.
When the cocoa mixture is done boiling in the saucepan, turn the heat off and then mix it with the prepared batter.
When well merged take your prepared baking pan out of the oven and transfer the mixture to this baking pan.
Start baking your ca,e, and continue to do so for 20 minutes. While the cake is getting baked, get your dressing prepared.
