Three Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans drained
  • 1 can cannellini beans drained
  • 1 can drain kidney beans
  • 2 finely diced celery stalks
  • 1/2 diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 finely chopped fresh parsley

Ingredients For Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  • Take a large-sized bowl to make the bean mix salad. For this purpose, bring all your rinsed and drained beans of all kinds and add them to this bowl.
  • Mix the three using your spatula until well mixed with each other.
  • Then in these mixed beans, add the freshly diced celery. In this mixture add the rosemary and celery.
  • Mix thoroughly again.

Making the Dressing

  • To make the dressing for the bean mix salad,  pour some vinegar into a bowl and then pour some olive oil into it. Add some sugar and salt. Add pepper at the end.
  • Mix well and your dressing is ready to serve. Pour this dressing over your beans and mix well.
  • Then refrigerate your Bean salad before serving for at least two hours so that they will be settled enough o give a mind-blowing taste.
  • Serve your bean salad along with your main course.
