Toll House Cookie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions

  • Take the mixing bowl and sift the flour into this bowl. Mix baking soda with this all-purpose flour and then sprinkle salt into it.
  • Then in a separate container, blend the butter until it is softened and fluffy.
  • Pour some vanilla extract into the butter and also add both the brown and granulated sugars into your beaten butter. Whisk until sugar melts.
  • Then add the eggs into this creamy butter mixture. When eggs are well beaten in the mixture, you must sift the flour into the egg and butter batter.
  • Combine the flour well with the batter until the dough-like consistent mixture is formed.
  • Then in the end make your mixture rich by adding the nuts as well as the morsels into it. Mix well again.
  • You must line your baking pan with a baking sheet and spray it using the cooking spray.
  • Use a cookie cutter or a shape to make the cookies out of the mixture and drop it on the baking pan.
  • Put it back in the preheated oven which was preheated at 375 degrees.
  • Bake these cookies for 12 minutes and you will get the cookies of the required color and texture.
  • Let cool for a few minutes and then serve with your Tea.
