Tomatoes Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 medium red onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 4 cups grape tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon red vine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup drained capers
  • 1 tablespoon minced minced Garlic
  • 1 1/4 pounds of boneless chicken breasts

Instructions

  • Dice the chicken into perfect cubes and then put a large-sized skillet on the stove. Turn on the heat and add olive oil to the skillet. Wait for the oil to get enough hot.
  • Add the diced chicken into the oil and then cook it on the same heat. Make sure that the chicken changed its color and is cooked to the inner core.
  • Transfer the cooked chicken to a separate plate. Now add more olive oil to the same skillet and put the diced red onions in it. Fry the onion and when it gets translucent add the grape tomatoes to it.
  • Fry the tomatoes with the onions and then also make the addition of minced garlic into it.
  • Pour the red wine vinegar into the tomato sauce and also add honey to it.
  • To season up your tomato sauce, add salt and pepper to it.
  • When your sauce is done, add the chicken again to the skillet and toss it in the sauce.
  • Shower the freshly grated parsley over your tomato chicken. Serve Hot!
