To marinate the shrimp first, take a bowl and put the shrimp in it. Pour the lime juice over it and then sprinkle the masala which we call amchur masala over it.
Then add the curry powder into it that is followed by the addition of green seasoning, salt, and ground cumin.
Let the marinated shrimp stay overnight and then use it the next morning.
In a pan, add some oil and stir fry the diced onions in the heated oil, and add the crushed garlic into it. At this point, you have to add the scotch bonnet into it.
Sprinkle the leftover amchur and all the rest of the seasonings including grounded cumin and the essential curry powder.
Cook so that all the seasonings leave their flavor into the pan mixture. Pour water into the mixture by now. Boil at lowered heat.
Once the mixture gets to a good boil, then you have to add the veggies like diced tomatoes and potatoes into it.
Cook the mixture for 15 minutes and you will see the potatoes are softened after this time.
Add the marinated prawns to the cooked veg mixture. Also, add the remaining diced onion. Prawns will change their color and turn pink once they are cooked completely.
Spread the chopped coriander at the top and Serve.
