Ingredients

  • 2 drops of lemon essential oil
  • 3/4 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 1/2 cups Turkey Tail mushrooms
  • 3.5 tablespoons grounded Turmeric
  • 7 cups purified Water

Instructions

  • First of all, heat up the Turkey Tail Mushrooms on the stove or in the electric stove.
  • Then put the reduced Turkey Tail Mushrooms in the jug of the grinder and grind these mushrooms. Make a powder out of them at medium to high speed.
  • Transfer this powder to an air-tight container. Do not make a mess while doing so as you have to be careful while working in the kitchen.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bigger container and also put an oxygen-containing packet into the jar to prevent the powder from spoiling.
  • Heat water in a pan and put the mixture into the boiling water. Simmer for some time. Put the lid on the pan.
  • Once boiled strain the mix into the bowl and also press from the top using the spatula to drain properly.
  • Then you have to strain the already strained liquid once again.
  • The strained liquid in the form of your Turkey Tail Mushroom Tea is ready to serve.
