To begin your recipe, whisk together all-purpose flour, wheat flour, salt, cinnamon, and yeast in a large bowl.
Then in this flour mixture add the chopped dried fruit, sunflower seeds, grated carrot, and pumpkin seeds. Also pour in some water.
Stir this dough well. You may use a spatula to stir the mixture.
The texture of the dough will be dry and rough. That is okay. It will get hydrated when you will left it overnight.
On next morning, preheat the oven for an hour. In the meantime, shape your dough. Sprinkle a surface with flour and then shape the dough by placing it on the sprinkled flour. You can use a rolling pin for this purpose.
After shaping dough, put it on the parchment paper. Put some seeds on the exterior of the shaped bread.
Carefully transfer your bread dough to the oven. Spray some mist of water and close the oven.
Bake the dough. Bake it for 30 minutes. Open the lid of the oven and check. Bake until you get a brown color at the top.
Let the bread get air cool before slicing. It will take an hour or two.
Then in the end slice the bread.
